Cowboy Casa is a newly renovated historic home- 3 bedroom, 2 bath single level 1470 sq. ft. near BOOMING Bishop Arts. The location of the house is conveniently located & close to downtown Dallas, and TRENDY Trinity Groves. Enjoy restaurants, shopping, museums, nightlife and so much more! Upon entering the home you'll be greeted by an open floor plan, and a western themed seating area huddled around a luxurious fireplace boasting a 65” Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, brand-new stainless-steel appliances, and an oversized dining area to comfortably seat all guests! This space also includes a washer and dryer, high speed internet, and a security system giving our guests an added peace of mind. Bedroom 1: The Master suite comes equipped with a memory foam queen sized bed, a dedicated workspace, a 32” Smart TV, a private bathroom, a custom closet for optimal organization Bedroom 2: Comes equipped with a queen-sized canopy bed, its own 32” Smart TV, and a customized clothing rack and shelving Bedroom 3: The Largest bedroom in the house features 2 queen beds, a 32” Smart TV, lounge chair, and closet space w/ a sliding barn door for maximum storage. We also have a fold out couch, and a self-inflating/deflating air mattress with additional pillows and blankets for our guests!

House Rules

1.) NO outdoor noise after 10pm. Any single verifiable noise complaint will result in a fine and possibly immediate removal from the property without refund. 2.) NO PARTIES! This is not a party house. 3.) NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND ON THE PROPERTY AT ALL (inside or outside). $250 charge for smoking violations. 4.) Absolutely no pets unless they are a registered service animal in which you need to let us know ahead of time. 5.) No loud music or shouting that neighbors might be able to hear - please be respectful! 6.) Please do not wash off makeup with the white towels. We have provided nice makeup wipes for your convenience. 7.) No outdoor fires. 8.) Check driveway before attempting to park your vehicle. Low vehicles must park on the street due to the steep driveway. (Trucks and SUVs will pull in easily) 2 spots available in driveway, (1 under carport.) 9.) The backdoor is an Emergency Exit ONLY! Please use the side door to enter/exit the backyard.
